Enjoyed the spacious, clean apartment with great amenities. The swimming pool was a highlight—fun for the kids. The breakfast at Julio's Coffee Shop was delicious, with a solid variety. some maintenance issues caught my attention. The TV in my apartment wasn’t functioning properly, affecting my downtime. the air conditioning system lacked effective heating options for the cooler nights, creating some discomfort. I faced challenges with room service. the delay in delivery made planning our meals tricky. Staff response was good, yet they seemed overwhelmed at times. Despite some negatives, the overall stay was decent.

The room was wide and clean, making it easy to settle in after a long day. Location-wise, being in the heart of the city meant everything was close, which was a major advantage.
Had some serious organizational issues upon check-in—waited two hours past the scheduled time to receive my room. The overall atmosphere felt a bit outdated. There were maintenance problems that detracted from the experience. I noticed some guests visibly frustrated with their own check-in delays, hinting that this could be a recurring theme here. it just didn't feel like a smooth operation.

I got an unexpected free upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment which was super spacious for my family! We made great use of the rooftop swimming pool and the gym, which were perfect for winding down after a day out. The parking entrance was a bit tight, but overall, I’d recommend it for a fun family getaway! 🏊

The staff was SUPER friendly! ! They always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to help when we needed something.
It wasn't the cheapest, but still worth it.
